Terms of service

The terms for using this website and the SafetyEvo service. Last updated 30 October 2026.

About these terms

These terms cover your use of this website. Use of the SafetyEvo service by a business is governed by the customer agreement signed with that business, which takes priority over these terms.

What SafetyEvo does

SafetyEvo sends alerts from lone workers to the people their employer has named, and escalates them until one of those people acknowledges. It is a tool that supports an employer's own safety arrangements.

  • SafetyEvo is not an emergency service and does not contact the police, fire or ambulance services on anyone's behalf.
  • Alerts depend on phones, mobile networks and third party services that we do not control. Employers should keep other safety measures in place and test the system regularly, for example with the weekly drill.
  • In an emergency, call 999.
