One press on a small button. The same alert, the same escalation.
For moments when reaching for a phone is not possible, a small Bluetooth button worn on a lanyard, belt or wrist will raise an SOS through the SafetyEvo app, with the person’s location.
The button is planned as a paid add-on for business and family plans. It is not yet available. Register your interest and we will let you know when testing opens.
The problem we are solving
A phone in a bag is no help
In a struggle or a fall, unlocking a phone may not be possible.
Older people and phones
Some people will press a button but will never open an app.
What we are planning
- 1
Planned: pair once
The button pairs with the person’s phone in the SafetyEvo app.
- 2
Planned: press and hold
A press and hold raises the same SOS as the app, so a knock does not set it off.
- 3
Planned: same escalation
The alert walks the same ladder by push, text and call until a named person answers.
- 4
Planned: battery and range checks
A low battery or a button out of range is flagged, so nobody trusts a dead button.
Why it matters
- Hands-free SOS. An alert without unlocking or looking at a phone.
- One system. The button uses the same alerts, records and settings as the app.

Frequently asked questions
Which button will it be?
We are testing buttons now and will name the supported models before release.
Does the button work without a phone?
The first version links through the person’s phone, so the phone needs to be nearby.
How much will it cost?
It will be a separate add-on. Prices will be published before release.
