→Who do we pay for?
Only the people who work alone and use the staff app. Office users, responders and admins are free, so you can have as many people answering alerts as you need.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. 30 days with every feature for up to 10 people, and no card needed. We set it up with you, including a test alert, so you can see the whole escalation working.
Are text messages and calls included?
Yes. Alert texts and automated calls are included under fair use, which covers normal use by a long way. If a team ever used far more than normal, we would talk to you before charging anything.
Is there a minimum?
Three people. There is no setup fee and, on monthly billing, no contract.
Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices exclude VAT, which is added at the standard rate.
Does it include 24/7 monitoring by an alarm receiving centre?
Not yet. Your alerts go to your own named people, who must acknowledge them. A separate monitored plan is coming; see below.
